Tornike Rijvadze meets with Stavros Arnaoutakis, Governor of Crete Region

Tornike Rijvadze, Chairman of the Government of Ajara held a meeting with Stavros Arnaoutakis, Governor of Crete Region.

The parties discussed the perspectives of tourism, economy, and trade relations between the regions. Opportunities for education, exchange programs were discussed and concrete plans and directions for future cooperation were set.

Tornike Rijvadze, Chairman of the Government of Ajara, is in the Republic of Greece within the framework of the 50th General Assembly of the Union of Maritime Regions, CPMR. Within the framework of the assembly, elections were held for the president and members of the political bureau of CPMR, where Tornike Rijvadze was elected as the vice president of the Maritime Regions Association for the second term.
