  • Chairman of Ajara AR Government Archil Khabadze together with the Minister of Economic and Sustainable Development of Georgia Dimitri Kumsishvili visited the enterprise ‘Dar Capital’ operating in Khelvachauri Municipality. Enterprise, with the initial capital of 2000 GEL now owns a land of 21 000 square meter, out of which production facilities are located on 18 000 square meter territory. Nowadays, over 30 production lines equipped with modern type technology are working in the company.

    Business forum was held at Hotel Hilton in the frames of Slovakian President Adnrei Kiska’s visit to Ajara. Over 20 largest investors from Slovakia and leading companies of Ajara are participating in the forum. The economic event was opened by the Chairman of Ajara AR Government Archil Khabadze. The Georgian President George Margvelashvili and the President of Slovakia Andrej Kiska also addressed the audience.

  • The Solemn Ceremony dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Georgian independence was held in Kazakhstan. Event was supported by the Embassy of Georgia to Kazakhstan and the Government of Ajara. In addition to the solemn ceremony, concerts in Astana and Almaty were completely sold out. Ajara State Academic Ensemble of Song and Dances was performed on concerts, which were attended by representatives of Kazakhstan and Ajara AR Governments.
